The Sprint is designed to unfold over roughly 7 working days, but the timeline is flexible. It depends on your team's availability and level of engagement. We’re mindful of busy schedules and happy to adapt where needed.
Your total time commitment will typically be between 3 to 5 hours, depending on how many stakeholders are involved. Most of that time is spent in the kickoff and final walkthrough, with a few light-touch check-ins along the way. We’ll guide the process and keep momentum going, but prompt participation helps us deliver the clarity you're here for.
The Sprint is a flat $4,200. That includes the full 7-day process, strategy deliverables, and a walkthrough session. If you’d like a visual homepage mockup as well, the optional add-on ranges from $900 to $1,500 depending on complexity.
At minimum, the person responsible for the homepage (usually Marketing) should be involved.
We recommend including one or two key voices from Product, Sales, or Leadership if homepage alignment is an issue. We’ll guide you on who to bring in and when, this isn’t a heavy lift.
Very little. We’ll send a short intake form before we begin. If you have existing materials like brand guidelines, audience personas, or previous homepage concepts, those are helpful, but not required.
Yes, but it's directional, not fully visual. We include a Design Direction Snapshot: a simplified layout sketch that shows structure and flow, not polished visuals. If you need a full mockup, we offer that as an add-on.
